Puberty is the developmental stage that occurs between childhood and adulthood when full sexual maturity is reached.

Around the ages of 12 or 13 in boys, some hormones begin to be released. As well as physical changes, there are changes to the size of genitalia, sperm production begins and testosterone is released.
